With only 3 ingredients this yogurt bark is the perfect snack to satisfy the sweet tooth.
Yogurt Berry Bark
This time of year can be really hard not to grab every sweet thing that you see. Christmas is the best time of the year to eat all the goodies.
Life is all about balance so giving into the sweet tooth is definitely okay from time to time. The goal this holiday season was to make desserts that were completely guilted free.
That’s where this yummy yogurt bark comes in and saves the day. I have had friends make this with white chocolate and don’t get me wrong it tastes amazing with chocolate.
Making this with yogurt instead of chocolate has many benefits, however. For one, you can eat wayy more or it without feeling so bloated.
I know Christmas foods can bring bloat that lasts all day long. Nobody likes feeling bloated.
This bark is light and sweet made with dark chocolate chips so it cuts the craving and the best part you won’t feel bloated afterward. Win win right?
The easiest way to make this yogurt bark is to simply make it the day before you actually want to eat it so you have time to let it freeze.
It’s so easy to make for a healthier option to serve at a party or get together. Friends this is a go-to recipe this holiday season.
It’s also great if you’re short on time and need to make something like yesterday. You can also get super creative with it and add any additional berries, nuts and seeds and coconut on top if you’re feeling really fancy.
Give it a try! I promise you you’ll love it!
