To start, wash and cut up green bell pepper, garlic, and onion.
In a medium sized pot, over medium heat, add bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
Once cooked, add lean ground beef and cook thoroughly through until meat is no longer pink.
Add beef broth, oregano, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Followed by sweet corn, rinsed and drained black beans and diced tomatoes.
Cook on low to medium heat for the remaining 10 minutes and serve with fresh avocado, salsa, chips and, sour cream or %0 greek yogurt.
