Easy and Healthy Gaucamole

  • 8 Ripe Avocado
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bunch cilantro


  1. In a large bowl, add avocados, pits and outer skin removed, and roughly mash. Leave it a little chunky as you can work with it later t smooth out the consistency.

  2. Next, add the remaining ingredients. Taste to see if you need to add more salt, lime juice, and pepper. The size of your avocado will determine how much seasoning you should add.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips, burritos, tacos or top your burger off with it. Enjoy:)
