Today I come to you with one of the best and high protein snacks you need for the week. These little bite-sized protein filled snacks are made with minimal ingredients and lots of nutritional benefits.
These Vanilla Almond Butter protein balls will take you less than 10 minutes to make! They are loaded with both fiber and protein and just the thing to get you through your busy days.
A must make for my weeks for sure. Prepping them on Sunday’s makes it super easy to grab and go for the week ahead.
Why not spend a few minutes out of your day making something that is going to benefit and nourish your body and something for the sweet tooth too!
I can’t be the only one who gets super hungry and grabs whatever is in front of me during the day. That’s why I try to make snacks that satisfy my sweet tooth and I don’t have to feel terrible if I have like 5 of them. 😉
Having them in your purse or having a bag of them in your car so you have something to snack on as you head to the gym or to work.
Being prepared is key. So take some time out of your week to plan out when you are going to head to the grocery store to pick up the ingredients.
Choose a day that you will set aside some time to make these. Again you will only need a short 10 minutes.

I usually love to give these to my friends at the gym too, we all have that one friend who forgets to pack a snack before working out. Everyone loves food and what better way to make some new friends by sharing sweet treats.
Alrighty, so you’re probably dying to get to the recipe. So here it is with just minimal eight ingredients packed full of healthy nutrients and the right amount of protein in every bite giving you a better chance at hitting your protein intake for the day.
Vanilla Almond Butter Protein Balls
- 1 cup Melted Almond Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp organic Almond milk
- 2/3 cup natural honey
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 scoop Organic Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Oats
Mix all wet ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the dry ingredients along with the wet and stir and mix well
Create even sized round balls, and freeze for at least 45 minutes.
