Turkey Taco Burrito Bowls are made with juicy ground turkey, mixed variety of veggies topped off with a creamy cilantro avocado dressing.
Is it Taco Tuesday? I think every day is a good day for taco’s burritos and paninis.
Today I come to you with a delicious turkey taco burrito bowl. Topped off with fresh cilantro and avocado, it’s just the dish that’s needed for a weeknight dinner.
So let’s dive in! This dish has juicy turkey taco meat, which is higher in protein and lowers in fat. However, that being said if you love ground beef instead go for it!
Made with colorful veggies including corn and tasty cherry tomatoes. Creamy avocado and black beans leave you with all the flavourful tastes in your mouth.
It’s basically like bringing Mexico into your home. All you need now is a pina’ colada and all is good and well.
Making this dish is super easy, meaning if you have an hour in your day, you could prep a week worth of these bowls so your good to go for lunches or dinners.
I know not everybody likes to eat the same thing every day I get it, so adding some quinoa one day and sweet potatoes the next gives you some nutrient filled carbs and a change in the flavor of the burrito bowl.
I still have yet to meet someone who doesn’t like burrito bowls or if you’re my husband you’ll throw it into a wrap. He usually always puts all the food I make into a wrap. But I can’t complain he loves my food so that’s all a girl could really want.
If you’re the type of person who loves taco’s than I can promise you that you will love this turkey taco burrito bowl.
It will be one of the easiest meals you will ever make and also one of the tastiest.
