I’m sure I am not the only one who goes through phases where they eat the same breakfast for what feels like months.
The last few weeks I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast almost every morning. Here in Manitoba if my breakfast isn’t something hot and makes me feel cozy I don’t want it. Okay, I’m not that dramatic or picky but having a hot breakfast that I enjoy gets me out of bed a lot quicker than something cold.
That’s why I created both a hot version of this recipe as well as an overnight version that can be served cold.
