How To Make Paleo Sweet Potato Fries
Paleo Sweet Potato Fries
Sweet Potato fries
- 3 Large Sweet Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3 Avocadoes
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. On a pan, place parchment paper and put it to the side.
Cut up your sweet potatoes into your desired thinness, in a separate bowl drizzle them with olive oil.
Mix together sea salt, chopped parsley, and Paprika. sprinkle over top the sweet potatoes and toss them until they are evenly coated.
Add Fries to baking sheet, make sure they are spread out evenly. Bake them for 15 minutes on one side and flip them over for the remaining 15 minutes or until the desired crispiness.
Remove them from the oven and serve them while they are warm with Avocado dipping sauce.
Avocado Dipping Sauce
Cut avocados in half and mash them
Add the sea salt, coriander, garlic powder, fresh lime juice with the avocados and mix all ingredients well
