This morning I made paleo coconut flour waffles. These are super fluffy and topped off with fresh natural honey and fruit.
Made with just six different ingredients, you’ll have breakfast whipped up and ready to go in no time.
For this particular recipe, I used this mini waffle maker, during the week I just throw them into the toaster in the morning and breakfast is easy for the rest of the week.

The coconut flavor in these waffles adds just the right amount of sweetness. Topped off with fresh fruit and honey it makes for a fantastic morning.

Coconut Paleo Waffles
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 egg whisked
In a medium-sized bowl, add dry ingredients and mix together well.
Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until its a smooth consistency
Add batter to your waffle maker and follow the instructions until you have no waffle batter left.
Serve fresh and with fresh fruit and raw honey.
