- 2 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
In a medium-size bowl mix all of your dry ingredients together
Add eggs, egg whites, vanilla extract, coconut oil, almond milk to your dry mix and mix all ingredients together well
Take out your waffle maker and grease it with coconut oil, wait until it reads that it's ready for your waffle batter.
Once your waffle maker is ready for the batter, add your mix slowly covering all areas in the waffle maker.
Note: Do not put in too much, simply start in the middle of the waffle maker, use a spoon to move the batter towards the edges to keep your waffle from overflowing as it rises.
Serve hot and add fresh honey or organic maple syrup, fresh berries, and shredded coconut
These waffles are so fluffy and are going to make your morning better I can promise you that. 🙂
