With just five ingredients, and a crockpot this recipe is the perfect week night dinner and an easy one to meal prep.
Another week of wondering what you’ll be having for lunch or dinner? This crockpot steak fajita recipe is just the thing you need to make your dinner easy and simple.
We all have busy lives, running from work, to the gym, taking care of the house, it can be a challenge juggling it all. But taking care of your body and giving it good healthy whole foods should still be a priority.
I love to keep recipes simple, generally I don’t want you to feel like you have to run to the grocery store everytime you’re thinking about trying a new recipe.
That’s why I created this easy steak fajita recipe that can be made in the crockpot. It won’t take you any more than 10 minutes to prep, unless you’ll be doing it in the morning and you’re like me and not a morning person.
I usually tend to do everything at half speed in the morning until I have showered and had my coffee. Maybe you can relate to me, and if you do you’ll thank me for keeping this recipe simple.
As busy as life can be, setting some time apart to plan out meals, and even prep a few things before the week starts can make all the difference with staying on track with eating well.
Eating clean shouldn’t feel like a chore and it definitely shouldn’t make you want to run the other way because you are not excited to be eating the food you are making.
So let’s make food that makes us feel good and be excited to get into the kitchen and start preparing it.
With this recipe you can most definitely change it up with chicken or turkey if you’d prefer that instead, as I know a lot of us don’t love steak.
This recipe is made with a homemade fajita seasoning, which you can definitely purchase as well if you are feeling lazy. Just remember to purchase one with low-sodium.
The rest of the recipe is pretty simple and if you throw your ingredients into your crock-pot before work, you’ll have dinner ready to go. No stress involved with cooking.
