Cilantro Lime Chicken Wrap
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 Juice from lime
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 chopped Avocado
- 1/3 cup water
- Whole-wheat tortilla wraps
In a crock-pot, add chicken breast to the bottom. Add salsa, chopped cilantro, juice from limes, taco seasoning and water.
Set crock-pot on low for 7-8 hours or on high for four hours.
Once done, shred your chicken and add a handful of fresh cilantro.
Toast your whole-wheat tortilla wraps in your toaster or panini press. Add your chicken lime cilantro ingredients and top off with fresh cilantro and avocado
