Cacao Nibs- Super beneficial to the human body and known for easing PMS, improving moods, extremely high in anti-oxidants and improves digestion.
Mint- helps promote digestion, a natural stimulant, relieves fatigue and depression and helps beat bloat.
Almond Milk- High in vitamin B, magnesium, and iron. High fiber content which aids in digestion, contains healthy Omega-3 fatty acids that help lower bad LDL and cholesterol.
Spinach- high in fiber, helps keep you full and aids in digestion. High in antioxidants, promotes healthy glowing skin, and helps the brain and nervous system function well.

Chocolate Chip Mint Protein Smoothie
- 1 handful Spinach
- 1/2 cup Fresh Mint leaves
- 3 Tbsp cocao Nips
- 1/2 frozen Banana
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 scoop organic protein powder
In a blender, add Almond milk then all other ingredients and blend very well.
Top off with banana, cacao nibs, and some fresh mint.
