If you have been searching around for a tasty lunch idea, I have just the thing for you today. A lunch that takes no more than thirty minutes from stove to your table it’s a great dish to give you the energy to get you through your day.
Made with chicken, and a mix of sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms this wrap is a perfect combo of delicious carbs and protein.
A quick tip to make this wrap panini so you save as much time as possible is to have your chicken thaw or even better prepare your chicken in advance so you can just add it to your wrap when you’re ready to eat it.

- 3 large chicken breasts
- 1 Yellow onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 4 tbsp Malt Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
In a large saute pan, on medium-high heat, add your diced chicken breasts and season with black pepper, cook for 7 minutes or until done through
Add your sliced onion, pepper, and mushrooms to another large pan, saute for 5-7 minutes
Add your Vinegar and 1/4 of water slowly to the veggies, constantly stirring
Once both chicken and veggies are cooked, add a quarter amount to a wrap panini
Roll up your wrap and put it in a panini press and serve hot
