Want a guilt-less sweet dessert? This black bean avocado brownie is just the sweet treat you need.
We all crave some sugar from time to time and whoever said that you have to deprive yourself of sweets is crazy. That’s why I made these brownies. Full of nutritional value and yes they taste like fudgy and gooey pieces of goodness.
I always like to test my recipes out on family members or friends before sharing them with the world. I love seeing their reactions to the sweets. Mostly because oftentimes we think we may not like an ingredient in the recipe, but when you get the finished product we love it! Most people will never be able to tell the difference between a black bean avocado brownie and a normal brownie. The best part is you’ll be eating for nutritional benefits and great taste.
I am a firm believer that you can make any sweet dessert healthy with a few substitutes.
Clean eating doesn’t have to be boring and tasteless. Actually quite the opposite. This recipe took no more than 10 minutes to prepare and then thrown into the oven for 30 minutes.
Also a better option than buying sugary granola bars from the store. Homemade is always better, something I have learned from my mom.
Anytime you can make a recipe from scratch, knowing exactly what’s in it you are better off and your body will thank you for it.
Before you get started, you will need one gadget for this particular recipe and that is a food processor. This tool will help you get those black beans and avocado into a smooth creamy like texture.
Vegan chocolate chips are also some of my favorites to add to desserts, and maybe just eating them on their own at times. 🙂
You can also check out these Chickpea blondie Brownies, made with chickpea’s, also a gooey brownie.
I hope that you give this recipe a try! These fudgy black bean avocado brownies are just the thing you need if you’re craving something sweet!
