Are you in search of a sweet and healthy dessert? Well with a minimal of four ingredients you can have a clean and tasty treat in less than five minutes.
Spring is around the corner and I don’t know about you but that get’s me in the mood for all the fruit.
As some of you may know I live in Manitoba, Canada so it feels like it’s winter here year round at times. Okay slightly dramatic I know, but once the weather warms up I’m ready for all the fruit.
That’s why I love incorporating fruit and making it dessert. Not a fan? Well just give it a try and then you can decide if you like it or if it really isn’t for you.
This recipe is made with vanilla greek yogurt which is higher in protein than regular yogurt. The granola I like to use is by Kind and their Gluten-free granola.
Buy your fruit as fresh as possible and don’t forget to always wash all the berries.
I hope that you give this recipe a try! If you got five minutes you’ll have enough time to make this super easy banana blueberry yogurt parfait.
